We'd hate to see you go. However, if anything comes up that has you needing to cancel during the first 12 months, no issue! We just required that you pay for the remaining months.

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. The difference in monthly cost is prorated and billing adjusts moving forward. Many businesses start with Essential and upgrade as they grow or want unlimited content edits included.

The monthly subscription is a true subscription model, like Netflix for your website. As long as you're paying monthly, we handle everything: hosting, security, backups, updates, technical support, and maintenance. If you cancel, you lose access to the website since it's hosted on our servers.

Yes, anytime! Premium plan customers get unlimited content edits included. Essential plan customers can add-on unlimited edits for an additional $25/month. Content edits include text changes, photo swaps, service description updates, hours/location modifications, seasonal content, and testimonials. Changes typically complete within 24-48 hours after submission.
